Saxon Advanced Math Set

In Advanced Math, general topics include: advanced algebra, geometry, trigonometry, discrete mathematics, and mathematical analysis. Specific topics in this text include: permutations and combinations, trigonometric identities, inverse trigonometric functions, conic sections, graphs of sinusoids, rectangular and polar representation of complex numbers, theorems, matrices, and determinants. A rigorous treatment of Euclidean geometry is presented, as well. Word problems are developed throughout the problems sets. A graphing calculator is used to graph functions and perform data analysis.
